CORNER OF PIMA & DYNAMITE)HEAD NORTH ON THE POWERLINE ROAD THERE ARE MANY ROUTES TO TAKE LOOK FOR SINGLETRACK OFFSHOOTS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE POWERLINE ROAD.THERE IS APPROXAMATLY 100 MILES OF SINGLETRACK OUT THERE,BEST TO PICK UP A TRAIL MAP AT ONE OF THE LOCAL BIKE SHOPS(VALLEY CYCLERY OR TRAILHEAD SPORTS)ALL THE TRAILS ARE FUN!! KEEP YOUR EYES AND EARS PEELED FOR MOTORCYCLES AND RATTLESNAKES IN SPRING AND FALL.

Pima & Dynamite 7-10-2002 - I called around today and they told me this area is still closed, due to the fire danger. Phxrider250 a Cross-Country Rider riding a Mongoose XR-100 from Phoenix

trail temp. closed - Just an update, i went to the trail this evening (7-3-02) and the trail is closed due to the fires up north. I guess the fire can spread there very quickly, so they have put a temporary close on the trail, until further notice. I assume, once the fire is contained, it will re- open Corey

PIMA & DYNAMITE SINGLETRACK - POWERLINE ROAD GETS YOU TO THE SINGLETRACK WHICH IS EVERYWHERE TRAILS ARE FUN & FAST VERY REMINECENT OF THE OLD PINNICLE PEAK CACTUS CUP COARSE BUT MUCH MORE OF IT. Singletrack=95% Dirt Road=5% DEAN a 32 year old Die-hard Enthusiast riding a SPECIALIZED FSR PRO from PHOENIX ARIZONA/ORIGINALLY SO.CAL.
